Pathway for skilled workers outside Canada who can show an established connection to Manitoba. Candidates are ranked in the EOI pool and invited with a Letter of Advice to Apply.

How candidates are selected
EOI ranking; invitations in 2026 have mostly come via strategic recruitment initiatives (employer services, Francophone, ethnocultural, regional communities, TPP).
Location requirement: Manitoba connection (family/friend support, prior study/work, or direct MPNP invitation)
Processing: After a nomination, IRCC's service standards are 180 days for Express Entry-linked PNP applications and 11 months for paper (non-Express Entry) PNP applications; both exclude the province's own processing time. Live estimates are on IRCC's processing-times tool.
