International Education Stream
Stream for international graduates of Manitoba post-secondary institutions. Its main graduate route, the Career Employment Pathway, has been closed; graduates with at least six months of Manitoba work now apply under Skilled Worker in Manitoba, where draws include a completed-post-secondary-study-in-Manitoba category. Master's and doctoral graduates with a Mitacs internship can still use the Graduate Internship Pathway.

How candidates are selected
Graduate Internship Pathway is application/EOI-based within the IES; the former CEP used the EOI pool. Graduates now compete in Skilled Worker in Manitoba draws (a 'completed post-secondary study in Manitoba' category appeared in draw #279).
Location requirement: must have graduated from a Manitoba post-secondary institution
Processing: After a nomination, IRCC's service standards are 180 days for Express Entry-linked PNP applications and 11 months for paper (non-Express Entry) PNP applications; both exclude the province's own processing time. Live estimates are on IRCC's processing-times tool.
