No separate MPNP Express Entry stream (Skilled Worker candidates with an Express Entry profile)
Manitoba does not run a separate Express Entry-linked stream. Skilled Worker EOI candidates who also hold an Express Entry profile can declare it, and if invited and nominated they receive 600 extra CRS points from IRCC. Eligibility is the Skilled Worker pathway's own, not a CRS cutoff.

How candidates are selected
EOI ranking and category draws of the Skilled Worker Stream; no CRS minimum is set by Manitoba. Federal CRS only matters after nomination.
Location requirement: as per the underlying Skilled Worker pathway
Processing: After a nomination, IRCC's service standards are 180 days for Express Entry-linked PNP applications and 11 months for paper (non-Express Entry) PNP applications; both exclude the province's own processing time. Live estimates are on IRCC's processing-times tool.
