PNP
Closed Closed. BC issued its last International Graduate invitations on 2024-11-26 and took International Post-Graduate applications only until 9 a.m. on 2025-01-07. On 2026-04-23 BC said it will not launch new student streams. The 2026 Skills Immigration Program Guide lists no graduate stream.

Two former BC streams for recent graduates of Canadian post-secondary programs (International Graduate for bachelor's and diploma holders with a job offer, International Post-Graduate for master's and doctoral graduates of BC universities with no job offer). Both are closed and have no direct replacement. Graduates now have to use the Skilled Worker stream or a priority draw.

Who it suits

  • Not open to new applicants. Recent BC graduates should look at Skilled Worker (with a job offer) or Express Entry.
