What the work involves
Main duties
- Design, build, test and oversee IT systems
- Collect and analyze data to find improvements to IT infrastructure
- Review existing systems and internal processes
- Set policies and procedures for the software development life cycle to keep quality high
- Create quality assurance procedures and tests, and document and fix discrepancies
- Carry out preventive maintenance on computer systems
