Express Entry draw #395: Provincial Nominee Program
On February 16, 2026, IRCC held Express Entry round #395, a Provincial Nominee Program round. It issued 279 invitations to apply (ITAs), and the lowest-ranked candidate invited had a CRS score of 789. Compared with the previous Provincial Nominee Program round (#393 on February 3, 2026, CRS 749), the cutoff rose 40 points, with 144 fewer invitations.
Tie-breaking rule: candidates with exactly 789 points were invited only if they submitted their profile before September 05, 2025 at 0:59:13 UTC.
IRCC’s pool snapshot of February 15, 2026 counted 235,695 profiles, of which roughly 192 scored 789 or more (estimated from score bands, all programs combined).
Who this round was for
Candidates who already hold a provincial or territorial nomination through an Express Entry–aligned stream. The nomination adds 600 CRS points, which is why these cutoffs sit far above other rounds.
